Lakeview Medical Park115,000 SF
West Des Moines,IA Hubbell Realty was selected from among several developers by Iowa Methodist Medical Center to develop this five-story medical office building. This was to be the first in a series of possible medical buildings to be located in Iowa Methodist’s Lakeview Medical Park. The project provided an attractive alternative to the medical providers as well as the patient community through an easily accessible and inviting facility with state-of-the art building mechanical and security systems.
Court Avenue LoftsDowntown
51-unit Apartment Building This project is the first of a two-phase project on Court Avenue in downtown Des Moines. This 51-unit project consists of one and two-bedroom units ranging from 595 square feet to over 1,000 square feet in size with most units featuring two baths. All units feature open kitchens and living areas, ceilings at least ten feet high, and impressive views of downtown Des Moines.
Wolfe Eye ClincWest Des Moines,IA
38,606 SF Wolfe Eye Clinic was a “for fee” build-to-suit project in which Hubbell Realty Company provided a turnkey facility that the client owns located in West Des Moines, Iowa. Development services included site selection and acquisition, rezoning and subdivision of the lot to provide a future building site, architect and contractor team selection and construction management.
Drake West VillageDes Moines,IA
215,840 SF Drake University is now able to offer state-of-the-art suite-style student housing to an expanding student body. FEH Architects, Inc. successfully blended architectural styles in the historic Drake neighborhood and Drake campus to create a very modern look and feel.
SartoWest Des Moines, IA
7,270 SF Hubbell Realty Company constructed this multi-tenant building for WD Properties, as a developer representing the owner’s interests, in the West Glen Town Center. A high-end clothing store served as the original anchor tenant in this building, comprising 4,182 square feet of space. Services included site selection, architect and contractor team selection as well as construction management.
Ankeny Pediatric ClinicAnkeny, IA
15,088 SF Ankeny’s rapidly growing population of children under 12 convinced Iowa Health-Des Moines of the need to serve the area with a new pediatric clinic. Hubbell Realty Company stepped in to develop and construct a 15,088 square foot facility along Oralabor Road, directly south of the Des Moines Area Community College campus.
Freedom Financial BankDes Moines,IA
8,943 SF The dramatic expansion and revitalization of the area along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard near Ingersoll Avenue in Des Moines led to renewed development efforts in the area. West Des Moines based Freedom Financial Bank saw this as an opportunity to expand into this market when the former Art Store building became available. Hubbell Construction Services turned the 8,943 square foot building into a full-service, secure retail community bank.
